PharmaΣΥΝ is one of the largest pharmaceutical networks in Cyprus, dating back to 1948, as it began as a union pharmacy to provide for the financially vulnerable. Although the past is the backbone of the present, the organisation realised that it needed to diversify and shift toward the future through a more sustainable approach and strategy.
A rebranding was decided, and a new website was needed in an effort to provide its clients around the island with updated quality services. R Digital was assigned the task of creating the new website. The response has been overwhelmingly positive, with clients visiting the site and enjoying the new design and functionality.

Following the client’s brief, R Digital was tasked to create a website that provides an enjoyable experience with its user-friendly interface and smooth navigation. We knew that this was a daunting but important task, so we got to work right away.
First, we took the time to get to know the company and its history. We then looked at the design and branding of other websites in the industry. With this research in hand, we set out to create a website that would pay tribute to PharmaΣΥΝ’s roots while also looking toward the future. The end result is a website that is user-friendly, visually appealing, and packed with information about the company and its products.
The website that we created for pharmaΣΥΝ is fully responsive and optimised for all devices! This means that users will have a positive experience regardless of how they choose to access the site. Whether they are using a desktop computer, a laptop, a tablet, or a smartphone, they will be able to view the site correctly and navigate easily.
We delivered an SEO-optimised website that is easy to find on search engine result pages. This along with the clear listing of services, will help pharmaΣΥΝ reach a wider audience and promote their services more effectively.
By implementing Google Analytics and Search Console, we were able to put ourselves in a position to track user behavior as well as identify any potential issues with the website. This valuable data are precious when using them for improving the overall experience of visitors of pharmaΣΥΝ by engaging them more deeply in what we have created!
Understanding the need for people to have a channel of communication, R Digital created an Enquiries section for pharamΣΥΝ, complete with a contact form to give easy and quick access when questions arise.
