We don’t know about you but for us, anything that has to do with Coffee excites us very much! That is why we really enjoyed working on this project! House Baristas, importers of a wide range of coffee beans, capsules, and ground coffee from well-known coffee brands, approached us to create and implement impactful digital campaigns to engage with coffee enthusiasts and drive online sales.
To achieve this, they wanted to launch promotional social media campaigns targeting coffee lovers of various age groups. Our task was to promote the brand to specific target audiences on social media platforms.

First and foremost, in any campaign, we need to set a clear direction for our strategy. This is exactly what we did with House Baristas, ensuring we stay on course on the right track. One of the first steps, was to define the client’s goals and values for creating campaigns that aligned with their identity. Our primary objective was to engage with coffee enthusiasts and leverage social media platforms to achieve maximum reach.
Identifying the target audience was a crucial step in tailoring the campaigns to the right individuals. Through comprehensive research, we discovered that the age group of 30-55 represented a significant portion of coffee enthusiasts. Furthermore, we identified specific characteristics such as job titles for the B2B part of the client’s business, social media followers, engagers, and website visitors to create a precise target audience profile.
With a deep understanding of the target audience, we crafted captivating social media campaigns. We focused on utilising visually appealing content produced by Bold. Graphic Design Agency, including high-quality images, to showcase House Baristas’ specialty coffee offerings.
Precision targeting played a key role in ensuring the campaign reached the right individuals. By leveraging data and insights, we targeted coffee lovers with a specific interest in specialty coffee, espresso, and coffee brands House Baristas offer. We also directed our efforts towards engaged shoppers in the specified age group and job titles such as executive directors, owners, CEOs, and managing directors. This personalized approach aimed to resonate with the audience on a deeper level.
results
The House Baristas digital campaigns delivered a positive Return on investment, and this says it all! Through our strategic approach, we witnessed a substantial increase in awarenesses and engagement.
Furthermore, our remarketing strategies allowed us to re-engage with website visitors who had previously shown interest in the brand. By tailoring advertisements and presenting exclusive offers, we aimed to convert their interest into tangible sales, further boosting House Baristas’ online presence.
