Project Description
the case
OSEOK (Cyprus Federation of Building Contractors Associations) is a key representative body of the construction industry in Cyprus, bringing together contractors, professionals, and stakeholders under one unified organization. Despite its importance and long-standing presence, its previous website did not fully reflect the scale of its role, nor the extend of information and services it provides to its members and the wider public.
The challenge was to design and develop a modern, structured, and accessible digital platform capable of serving multiple audiences simultaneously. OSEOK required a website that would clearly communicate its identity, present its initiatives and priorities, and organize a large volume of content in a way that is intuitive and easy to navigate. At the same time, the platform needed to function as a central hub for communication, resources, and industry-related information.

our approach
We redesigned the OSEOK website with a strong emphasis on structure, clarity, and usability. Given the complexity and volume of content, the primary focus was to create a navigation system that allows users to quickly access relevant information based on their needs. The main menu was carefully structured into key sections such as “OSEOK,” “Construction Sector,” and “Priorities,” each expanding into clearly defined subcategories.
Within the “OSEOK” section, we developed dedicated pages that present the organization’s identity, including who they are, their history, governance structure, and key bodies such as the central council and general assembly. This created a transparent and comprehensive overview of the organization. The “Construction Sector” section was designed to provide practical, industry-related resources, including contracts, collective agreements, and tools relevant to professionals in the field.
The “Priorities” section was structured to highlight key strategic areas, ensuring that critical topics are clearly presented and easily accessible. Additional sections such as EU Projects, Education, News & Updates, and Library were implemented to support ongoing communication, knowledge sharing, and industry development.
From a design perspective, the website was developed to feel clean, modern, and authoritative, while maintaining simplicity and ease of navigation. The structure allows users to move seamlessly between informational content and practical resources, ensuring an efficient user experience across all devices.
results
The new OSEOK website successfully transformed a complex and content-heavy platform into a clear, structured, and user-friendly digital experience. Users can now navigate effortlessly through the different sections, access key information, and understand the organization’s role without confusion. The improved structure enhances both usability and perception, positioning OSEOK as a modern, organized, and authoritative voice within the construction industry.
The platform now functions as a central digital hub for communication, resources, and industry support, strengthening the connection between OSEOK and its members while also improving accessibility for the broader public. By aligning structure, content, and design, the website reflects the professionalism and importance of the organization, supporting its ongoing role in shaping the construction sector in Cyprus.
