Savemore, a group of supermarkets established in 2003, has been a pivotal player in Cyprus’s retail sector. With a mission to offer consumers the best quality and variety of products at low prices and a vision to unite independent supermarkets under one umbrella, Savemore has grown impressively.
Today, it boasts over 30 stores across Nicosia, Limassol, Larnaca, Famagusta, and Paphos. In an era where digital presence is as vital as physical, Savemore faced the challenge of evolving digitally to match its expansive physical network and cater to a digitally-savvy customer base.
This challenge led to the collaboration with R Digital for the creation of a new website.

In crafting a user-centric digital experience for Savemore, R Digital embarked on a strategy that was both innovative and reflective of the supermarket group’s values. The focus was on developing a bilingual website to cater to Cyprus’s diverse linguistic demographic, ensuring ease of access and navigation for all users. A key feature of this new website was the ‘Real Live Location’ functionality, an intuitive store locator enabling customers to find their nearest Savemore store in real-time.
To enhance customer engagement, a monthly updated ‘Special Offers’ section was integrated, keeping the content fresh and appealing. Additionally, the inclusion of news and recipes sections not only provided a rich content experience but also offered value beyond the typical shopping journey, aligning with the brand’s commitment to quality and variety.
