Umami, a vibrant Sushi & Pan Asian Cuisine chain, sought to refresh its digital identity to reflect its modern and dynamic spirit.
While its offerings and customer experience are top-tier, its digital presence did not effectively convey the brand’s identity or engage its audience at the desired levels. The website needed a kick when it came to functionality and to convey important information such as menus, deals, or store locations. Similarly, social media and digital platforms needed a consistent advertising strategy to generate meaningful engagement.

Material Production

Design and Development of new website
We also prioritised functionality, and the implementation of a modern look & feel, in developing Umami’s new website. A robust digital promotion strategy follows since the launch of Umami’s new website. This includs targeted social media advertising to engage and expand Umami’s audience, Google Display and YouTube campaigns to build brand awareness, and Search campaigns to increase visibility on key platforms.
