Job Duties
We are looking for a strategic, results-driven, and client-focused Executive Account Manager to lead key accounts and build long-term client relationships.
The Executive Account Manager will be responsible for managing high-value clients, driving business growth, ensuring exceptional client experiences, leading strategic account planning, overseeing project execution, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding digital solutions. This role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and a proactive approach to client management.
Position overview
The Account Manager will be responsible for all client-service and client-development operations, including building and managing relationships with existing and new client base.
The individual shall motivate the web design, digital marketing, and production teams to attain higher levels of achievement for delivering best-in-class services to customers.
In general, the individual will be responsible for contacting new and potential clients, and ensuring that services are produced efficiently, on time, within budget, and to existing & higher standards.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring strong and lasting relationships.
- Develop a deep understanding of client needs, goals, and industries to offer tailored digital solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing strategic recommendations on web development, digital marketing, and brand growth.
- Strong business development focus, willingness to prospect and uncover new potential opportunities from prospect to close stage of new deals for existing and new clients.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling R Digital’s services to drive revenue growth.
- Negotiate contracts, renewals, and pricing agreements.
- Develop custom digital strategies to align with client business objectives.
- Work closely, monitor and review the overall performance of production teams and executive associates to ensure successful project delivery and report necessary interventions for improvement.
- Plan, organize, monitor, and direct services production activities, processes and schedules according to deliverables.
- Ensure quality control, timely execution, and budget management.
- Monitor campaigns performance, KPIs, and client ROI, providing data-driven insights.
- Present monthly/quarterly reports with recommendations for optimization and for additional services offerings.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to refine R Digital’s service offerings and client strategies.
- Stay updated on digital trends, marketing innovations, and industry advancements.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Account Management, Client Services, Digital Marketing, or other relevant positions in an agency environment.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, web development, SEO, paid advertising, and branding.
- Proven ability to manage high-value clients, negotiate contracts, and drive revenue growth.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to analyze data, measure performance, and optimize strategies.
- A strategic mindset with a passion for innovation and delivering excellence.
- Established presentation and writing skills.
- Fluent in Greek & English.
